About our South African coverage
Based in Johannesburg, working nationwide.
IITECH is headquartered in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and most of our day-to-day work is in the Johannesburg, Pretoria and Midrand corridor, where South Africa’s largest concentration of data centres, head offices and carriers sits.
Outside Gauteng we dispatch engineers to Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Mbombela and smaller towns. Planned visits are scheduled by road or air, depending on the site and the job.
South Africa is also our launch pad for the rest of the region. Work in Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Eswatini and Cameroon is coordinated from Johannesburg, so a single supplier can cover a head office here and branches across the border.

- Gauteng firstMost visits in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Midrand are planned within a working day. Urgent call-outs are accepted at any hour, and timing is confirmed per job.
- Other provincesFor the Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, the Eastern Cape and beyond we plan travel, access and parts delivery in advance, and confirm in writing.
- Colocation and server roomsWe work to your method of procedure and the facility’s access rules, including escorted access and induction where required.

Send the site, the task and your preferred dates by the booking form, email or WhatsApp, at any hour.
Scope
We confirm access, parts, safety and permits, and agree the scope and timing in writing.
Dispatch
An engineer is scheduled from Johannesburg, by road or flight, with tools and any parts prepared.
Close-out
Work is done to your procedure and closed out with photos, labels and notes.
Timing is agreed per job. We accept requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-site arrival depends on distance, access and parts, and we give a realistic time before we commit.

Where in South Africa do you work?
Nationwide. Johannesburg, Pretoria and Midrand are closest to our head office. We also dispatch to Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Mbombela and other towns.
Are you open outside office hours?
Yes. IITECH is open 24 hours, 7 days a week for requests, and engineers can be scheduled at night or on weekends by arrangement.
Can you support a data centre or colocation rack?
Yes. We do rack and stack, patching, hardware swaps, audits and remote hands, to your procedure and the facility’s access rules.
Can you quote for government or tender work?
Yes. We are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database. Send the RFQ to supply@iitech.co.za.
Do you also work outside South Africa?
Yes. We serve Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Eswatini and Cameroon from Johannesburg, and engineers across Africa and around the world.
