Access requests, method of procedure and parts delivery are lined up before the engineer travels.
On site and close-out
The engineer is dispatched to the site, does the work to your procedure and closes out with photos and notes.
No standing response times. For work in Cairo, dates and timelines are agreed per job in writing. If a request needs a rapid local response we can't provide, we'll tell you.
