Scope and confirm
We check access, travel, parts and local requirements, then confirm in writing who will attend and what it will take.
Prepare
Access requests, method of procedure and parts delivery are lined up before the engineer travels.
On site and close-out
The engineer is dispatched to the site, does the work to your procedure and closes out with photos and notes.
Agreed per project. Outside Africa there are no standing response times. Dates, access and logistics are agreed per project in writing.

Do you have offices in these countries?
No. IITECH is headquartered in Johannesburg, with engineers across Africa and around the world. Work outside Africa is assessed per request and an engineer is dispatched to site where we can deliver.
What work is a good fit outside Africa?
Planned work with known dates: rack and stack, server and GPU installs, network installs, audits, site surveys and decommissions.
Can you support a global rollout that includes Africa?
Yes. Many requests combine African sites with sites elsewhere. Send the full site list and we will tell you which sites we can take on.
