How it works
Clear about what we can do.
Many international service providers treat Johannesburg as their gateway to the rest of the continent. When a project needs hands in a neighbouring country or further afield, a South African partner that already knows your procedures can be the simplest option.
We want to be clear about how this works. IITECH does not have offices or permanent staff outside South Africa. Work elsewhere in Africa is available on request, and we assess each request individually. We check travel, visas and work permits, customs rules for tools and parts, facility access and local requirements, then tell you plainly whether we can deliver and what it would take.
This suits planned work best: new deployments, rack and stack, network installs, decommissions, audits and site surveys, where dates are known and parts can be shipped in advance. It is not a substitute for a local rapid-response team for urgent break/fix.

Feasibility first, then a written plan.

Tell us the country, city, facility, scope, dates and parts involved.
Feasibility
We check travel, permits, customs, access and safety requirements, then give you a clear yes or no.
Plan
We agree the itinerary, shipping, tools, costs and escalation plan in writing.
Deliver and report
Our engineer completes the work and you receive a full sign-off report.
Response times and SLAs. For work outside South Africa, timelines are agreed per project. We don't offer standing response times outside South Africa, and if a request needs a rapid local response we can't provide, we'll tell you.

Which African countries do you cover?
We don't have a fixed list. We assess requests one at a time and confirm feasibility before committing. Neighbouring countries with straightforward travel from Johannesburg are usually the most practical.
Do you have offices outside South Africa?
No. IITECH is based in Johannesburg. Work in other African countries is delivered by our engineers travelling for planned projects.
Can you respond to urgent faults in other countries?
Generally not as quickly as a local team could. Our Africa service is best for planned work where dates and parts are known in advance.
Who handles customs for tools and parts?
It is agreed per project. Usually the customer or their logistics partner ships parts in advance, and we plan the tools our engineer carries, with the relevant paperwork.
How do we request a quote?
Send the country, site, scope and preferred dates by WhatsApp or email. We'll come back with a feasibility answer and, if it's a yes, a written proposal.
